Now Accepting Vendor Applications for 2026 Downtown Asheville Events

The Asheville Downtown Association is now accepting vendor applications for our 2026 public events, and we’re excited to welcome food vendors, makers, artists, and interactive activation partners who want to be part of some of downtown’s most beloved celebrations.

Each year, our signature events draw thousands of residents and visitors to Downtown Asheville to eat, shop, explore, and celebrate together. These events create meaningful opportunities for vendors to connect with new audiences, showcase their work, and be part of a vibrant, community-centered experience.

2026 Events Include:

• Downtown After 5 – featuring cultural celebrations such as Juneteenth, Salsa Night, and Zydeco Night

• Independence Day Block Party

• Oktoberfest

We are seeking:

• Food trucks and food tents (including specialty foods and beverages)

• Makers and artists selling handmade, original work

• Interactive activations such as caricatures, fairy hair, face painting, hands-on art, games, and other engaging experiences that invite participation and add energy to the event footprint

If your business or creative practice aligns with community celebration, cultural expression, and placemaking, we strongly encourage you to apply. Our goal is to curate a diverse, dynamic vendor mix that enhances the overall experience for attendees while supporting local and regional entrepreneurs.
