Community members can also submit service requests at any time. Using the innovative Jia platform, we efficiently manage service requests and track operations, providing transparent reporting to our community.

Our diverse Board of Directors represents local businesses, residents, and key community groups. Voting members will include commercial property owners, business renters, residential property owners and renters, along with representatives from The Block, the Continuum of Care, and at-large members. The committee will also ensure representation from key industries such as food and beverage, entertainment, hospitality, office, and retail, as well as geographic diversity from Downtown Asheville.
