Join the Asheville Downtown Association for a City Council Candidate Forum and Networking Event at Battery Park Hall. This event offers Downtown residents, business owners, and community stakeholders the opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for Asheville City Council and engage in meaningful conversation about the future of Downtown Asheville.

The evening will begin with brief, one-minute introductions from each candidate, providing a snapshot of their priorities and vision. Following the introductions, attendees will participate in facilitated small-group discussions, rotating tables throughout the evening to allow for face-to-face conversations with multiple candidates.

The format is designed to encourage thoughtful dialogue in an accessible, welcoming setting, with discussion topics centered on Downtown-related issues such as economic vitality, community spaces, and the overall health of the urban core.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with City Council candidates, ask questions, and share perspectives in advance of the upcoming election.
