The Asheville Downtown Association Foundation is seeking proposals for marketing and public relations services for its Urban Trail Project. The Urban Trail, a walking tour of Downtown Asheville, highlights the unique architecture, people and historic events of the city. The trail features 30 stops and includes much of the city’s public art collection.
The Asheville Downtown Association Foundation, working in partnership with the City of Asheville’s Public Art and Culture Commission, the Asheville Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Community Foundation of WNC, is seeking to enliven this unique treasure for multiple audiences including the general consumer, local residents and school/educational groups.
We have a web development partner in place and the website is underway. This means that there are some design and copy elements in place and we are looking for a provider who can successfully merge all elements into one cohesive, integrated brand.
We are working with an area teacher to develop the school curriculum.
